The Festival del Taco returns March 31 and April 1 from 3:00 to 10:00 PM at the Explanada del Palacio Municipal, bringing together local taqueros, cultural performances, and plenty of reasons to show up hungry.

The Festival del Taco is a celebration of one of Mexico’s most iconic dishes, with traditional flavors, regional twists, and more variety than you’ll manage in a single lap around the plaza.

On Tuesday, March 31, expect a little friendly competition with the “Palomazo por un Taco” contest and a taco-eating challenge for the brave. Wednesday, April 1 keeps the energy high with live salsa music from Los No Muy Guapos, along with cultural presentations and folkloric ballet throughout the evening.
