  Taco is a celebration of one of Mexico’s most iconic dishes\, with trad
 itional flavors\, regional twists\, and more variety than you’ll manage 
 in a single lap around the plaza.\n\nOn Tuesday\, March 31\, expect a litt
 le friendly competition with the “Palomazo por un Taco” contest and a 
 taco-eating challenge for the brave. Wednesday\, April 1 keeps the energy 
 high with live salsa music from Los No Muy Guapos\, along with cultural pr
 esentations and folkloric ballet throughout the evening.\n\nBring the fami
