 elebration of one of Mexico’s most iconic dishes\, with traditional flav
 ors\, regional twists\, and more variety than you’ll manage in a single 
 lap around the plaza.On Tuesday\, March 31\, expect a little friendly comp
 etition with the “Palomazo por un Taco” contest and a taco-eating chal
 lenge for the brave. Wednesday\, April 1 keeps the energy high with live s
 alsa music from Los No Muy Guapos\, along with cultural presentations and 
 folkloric ballet throughout the evening.Bring the family\, bring your appe
