<p>🦈 Playa del Carmen will host the second edition of <strong>Tiburón Toro (Bull Shark) Fest 2026</strong> at the <strong>Sayab Planetarium</strong>, bringing together scientists, conservation groups, divers, service providers, and families for an afternoon focused on bull shark conservation and sustainable tourism.<br><br>Organized by the municipal government through the Secretary of Economic Development and Investment Attraction, the festival aims to strengthen environmental education, promote marine conservation, and highlight the importance of responsible shark tourism in Playa del Carmen.<br><br>The program will include environmental education workshops, exhibits from more than <strong>21 conservation projects</strong>, panels with national and international specialists, family activities, and documentary screenings.<br><br>Speakers and organizers will also address common myths about bull sharks and the role this species plays in the local marine ecosystem.
