LITORAL — A Sea & Land Dinner with Chef Octavio Santiago
Saturday April 18 | LITORAL — A Sea & Land Dinner with Chef Octavio Santiago (Tulum)
KIN TOH at AZULIK welcomes Chef Octavio Santiago for a one-night pop-up inspired by the meeting point of sea and land. Santiago, second generation of Kiosco Verde — Cancún’s longest-standing seafood restaurant (est. 1974) and featured in the MICHELIN Guide México — brings six courses rooted in living ingredients, precise technique, and family memory.
“The litoral is where the sea ends and the land begins.” It’s also the starting point for everything he cooks.
This immersive dinner unfolds inside KIN TOH, where the Caribbean Sea and the Mayan jungle meet at the table.
