Tour of Asia: Pop-Up Dinner with Chef Umberto

Chef Umberto returns to KI Restaurant for a beachside culinary journey through Asia. The multi-course menu features ahi tuna crudo, Malaysian roti canai, honey walnut shrimp, Thai tamarind wings, pork and cabbage dumplings, bulgogi beef lettuce wraps, and Macau-style egg tarts.
