Puerto Aventuras friends, who’s in for a little friendly competition? A Texas Hold ’Em Poker Tournament is set for Thursday, April 9 at Nauti Burro, with half of all buy-ins benefiting Hekab Be Activity & Learning Center in Akumal. The remaining prize pool goes to the top two finishers.

This is a small, limited-table event with space for just 10 players, so it will fill quickly. Check-in begins at 12:30 PM and cards are on the table at 1:00 PM sharp.

It’s a relaxed afternoon of poker with a purpose—good company, a little strategy, and real support for a local organization doing important work in the community.
