Come hungry. For four evenings leading up to Mexican Independence Day, Parque Fundadores will fill with local restaurants, cooks and food entrepreneurs serving Mexican dishes in a festive outdoor setting.
This is a good opportunity to sample several local businesses in one place, support Playa del Carmen’s culinary community and enjoy the holiday atmosphere beside the Caribbean.
