Spend the evening visiting three local food stops, meeting the chefs and sampling dishes prepared along the way. The safari begins at El Huerto del Puerto, where Chef Santiago Hernández will make handmade tortillas and guacamole. Next, Chef Max will prepare classic Mexican ceviche at Península before the group continues to a surprise final stop.
