The evening begins with check-in and cocktail hour at 6:00 PM, followed by dinner service at 7:00 PM. Expect a multi-course journey that travels across seven culinary destinations, from chilled avocado soup inspired by Mexico and California to delicate poached salmon with dill crema from Scandinavia.
You’ll move on to a classic Italian Caprese, Japanese zaru soba with ice-cold dipping broth, bold Caribbean jerk chicken, savory Korean bulgogi, and finish with a beautifully layered French almond fruit tart crowned with fresh summer berries.
