Nuestra Señora del Carmen Fishing Tournament

The Nuestra Señora del Carmen International Sportfishing Tournament returns to Playa del Carmen as part of the annual festivities honoring the Virgen del Carmen, the city’s patron saint.

With more than 40 years of local tradition behind it, this tournament brings together sportfishing crews from Mexico and abroad for a day on the water competing for blue marlin, one of the region’s most iconic species.
