Negroni Week 2026 at La Perla Pixan

Negroni Week takes over La Perla Pixán & La Carbonería for seven days of cocktails, guest bartenders, guest DJs and some serious skills behind the bar. This year’s Flair Bartender Edition will include a flair bartending competition, special Negroni creations and visiting bartenders throughout the week.

Featured brands include Mexican craft gins Condesa Gin and Casa Diega, The Lost Explorer mezcal and tequila, and Finest Call LATAM cocktail ingredients.
