Friday, October 9: A wine-pairing route runs from 2–9 PM at 16 participating Valladolid restaurants. Each restaurant creates its own menu, wine pairing and price, and handles its own reservations. Browse the participating restaurants and book directly with your choice. Organizers have also announced complimentary drinks at participating restaurants on October 9 and 10; ask your restaurant what its offer includes.

Saturday, October 10: The main festival runs from 2–10 PM at Selva Maya, Km 3.5 on the Valladolid–Mérida federal highway. Explore food from regional cooks, artisans, live music and wines from 15 Mexican wineries. Guanajuato is this year’s featured wine-producing state. The program also includes grape stomping, cultural activities and a Guanajuato wine masterclass. The winery tasting is included with admission and is scheduled for 2–6 PM; food, other drinks and goods are available to purchase.
