Italian Wedding Pop-Up Dinner at KI Restaurant

Chef Umberto Pala brings a deeply personal Italian menu to KI Restaurant for a one-night-only pop-up dinner inspired by his daughter Elisa’s recent wedding.

The evening begins with a welcome cocktail hour before moving into a multi-course dinner served on the beach at KI Restaurant at Ojo de Agua Beach Club. The menu draws on classic Italian flavors and family traditions, with dishes including bruschetta, bacon-wrapped dates with gorgonzola, Umberto’s signature meatballs, shrimp with Italian-style potato salad, mushroom risotto, red-wine-braised short rib with polenta and mushrooms, and classic tiramisù.
