Intl. Painting Symposium: “The Colors of the Caribbean”

Puerto Morelos will host the 1st International Painting Symposium “The Colors of the Caribbean,” bringing together acclaimed artists from Spain, France, China, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Turkey, and Mexico. Over nearly two weeks, participating artists will share their creative processes and engage in activities open to the public, creating space for artistic exchange and cultural dialogue.

This inaugural edition will also launch the First International Contemporary Art Collection of the Puerto Morelos Museum, featuring works created during the symposium and established as a lasting cultural legacy for the community.

The event is organized by the Puerto Morelos Cultural Center and Museum in collaboration with Jaguar Negro Centro de Arte y Cultura and the Marta de Juana Music Academy.
