IGNIZ Parrilla Urbana brings back Fire Meets Wine, its signature pairing dinner, on October 3rd.

This is a full five-course dinner — not a tasting menu — paired with five wines, one for each course.
Seatings run every 45 minutes, with the full dining experience lasting approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
$899 MXN per person, which includes the complete dinner and all five wine pairings.

IGNIZ Parrilla Urbana is located on Calle 3 Sur, in the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen — away from the hotel zone, where the locals eat. Reservations recommended, as seating is limited.
