Festival Parrillero del Caribe 2026

Save the date for the 5th edition of the Festival Parrillero del Caribe, a two-day celebration of fire, flavor, music, and the lively spirit of the Mexican Caribbean.

This year’s festival is headed to Puerto Morelos with grill masters, food and drink experiences, live music, masterclasses, contests, brand activations, artisans, and plenty more. Organizers say this will be the biggest edition yet, bringing together barbecue lovers, local talent, and Caribbean flavor in one delicious weekend.
