Concert Nights: Ecos de México at Vesica
Celebrate Mexican Independence season with Ecos de México, an intimate chamber concert at Vesica Santuario that brings together Mexican musical traditions, classical repertoire, and some of the country’s most beloved songs.
The evening features Paco Domínguez of Mexico on harp, joined by Sofía Lych on violin and Stasia Hedy on piano, both from Ukraine, along with surprise guest performers.
The program moves from classical works by composers such as Manuel M. Ponce and José Pablo Moncayo to songs associated with José Alfredo Jiménez, Chavela Vargas, Juan Gabriel, and Luis Miguel, all reinterpreted for harp, violin, and piano. Highlights include Huapango, La Bikina, and México en la Piel.
Set in the natural surroundings of Vesica Santuario, the concert is designed as a relaxed evening where music, art, and nature come together.
