Apapaxoa Festival GastroCultural Xcaret 2026

Apapaxoa returns for six days of extraordinary dining experiences, workshops, tastings, art, music and cultural events led by more than 50 internationally recognized chefs and creators, including chefs representing more than 70 Michelin stars.

The third edition includes collaborative dinners, brunches, Stories with Flavor, mixology and wine experiences, wellness activities, creative happenings and an exclusive concert by Mexican singer Emmanuel.
