2026 Puerto Morelos Fishing Tournament

Puerto Morelos is gearing up for its 2026 Fishing Tournament, held in celebration of Día de la Marina and built around a responsible Catch & Release format that combines sport, strategy, and respect for the sea.

The weekend kicks off Friday, May 29 with the traditional Captains’ Dinner, followed by tournament day on Saturday, May 30, when boats head out for a full day of offshore competition in Caribbean waters.

Prize pool:
 🏆 1st Place: $150,000 MXN
 🥈 2nd Place: $100,000 MXN
 🥉 3rd Place: $50,000 MXN
 🎁 Surprise prizes for the first 10 registered teams

Registration cost is $4,500 MXN per team.
