DESCRIPTION:Children and teens are invited to design and fly original kites
  inspired by marine life during Puerto Morelos’ Todos a Volar Kite Festi
 val.\n\nThe competition includes Category A for ages 8–12 and Category B
  for ages 13–17. Kites will be judged on creativity\, originality\, func
 tionality\, compliance with the rules and the use of environmentally frien
 dly materials. Dangerous\, flammable or environmentally harmful materials 
 are prohibited.\n\nSaturday\, August 22 | 9 AM–4 PM\nPlaya Sol | Puerto 
 Morelos\n\nEach category awards $1\,500 MXN for first place\, $750 MXN for
  second and $500 MXN for third. Register by Thursday\, August 20 at the Mu
 nicipal Youth Institute offices\, Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM
