DESCRIPTION:The third day of Janal Pixán offers a particularly meaningful 
 look at the Maya traditions behind the celebration. In addition to the fes
 tivities at Plaza 28 de Julio\, visitors can experience a solemn evening c
 eremony at the Municipal Cemetery featuring traditional Maya prayers\, cer
 emonial music and performances.\n\nThe U Xiimbal Pixano'ob — Procession 
 of Souls also returns\, this time traveling from Parque Lázaro Cárdenas 
 toward the Municipal Cemetery. Meanwhile\, the main plaza continues its ce
 lebration with traditional altars\, regional cuisine\, an artisan market a
 nd cultural performances. A Catrín and Catrina costume competition adds a
  colorful finale to the evening's public festivities.\n\nMonday\, November
