 t just 19 years old\, Amir Akil is a self-taught pianist whose program ble
 nds classical pieces with contemporary favorites and popular music. The co
 ncert will include works by Sergei Rachmaninoff and Japanese pianist Matsu
 ii\, along with music associated with Rocío Dúrcal\, Radiohead\, Bee Gee
 s\, John Lennon\, and ABBA.\n\nAmir began playing after receiving his firs
 t keyboard from his grandfather at age 11. Since then\, he has performed w
 ith orchestras and groups in shows at various tourism venues\, and recentl
 y worked under the direction of Professor Liliam Lima\, director of the Pl
